Lucas Francioli
Managing Partner
A former tech founder, he has firsthand experience scaling a VC-backed company to over 30 employees and generating seven-figure revenue. Over the course of his career, he has raised more than $4 million in combined non-dilutive and equity funding, earning the nickname “Subsidy GOAT” from peers for his expertise in grants, tax credits, and public innovation programs. With deep operating and investment experience in real estate and AI-driven automation for SMEs, he is passionate about building an evergreen investment model that aligns profitability with long-term ecosystem impact. He also brings a global perspective to his work, speaking six languages fluently: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Mandarin.
